Fee Structure

Sun City’s financial year is from July 1 to June 30. New membership fees are charged pro rata from the date of joining until the end of that financial year. Payments can be made by annually or by monthly Direct Debit facility ($4 admin fee/month). Please contact the office for further details. A 3 Month Cancellation Period applies when terminating your membership.

Currently there is No Joining and No Major Works Fee’s

The club also requests members to make a minimum of $240 in purchases through the clubhouse each year and reserves the right to bill members for the shortfall at their discretion.
